Embracing connection through ministry.
Offering traditional and contemporary worship services, Trietsch has numerous ways to connect through growth classes, serving opportunities and a thriving recreational ministry. When the church sought a modern redesign to engage both new visitors and members, Speak was excited to take on their project and begin our partnership.
Desiring a more modern design with purposeful navigation and interactive features, we begin creating a website using vibrant church images, videos and multiple calls to action.
The use of color serves multiple purposes: to look nice (obviously), but also to reinforce different programs and ministries within the church. Featured events on the Home page are color coded by ministry - Children’s in blue, Youth in orange and Adult in tan. The colors are blended through each section of the site, and allow members and visitors to easily connect with opportunities to worship, serve and fellowship.
Creating an inviting environment for visitors is important for all ministries, and Trietsch helps first-timers feel right at home. The I’m New button on the nav helps visitors access what’s most important to them; providing answers to the most common questions of all church visitors like worship times, directions and ministries for families.
As a church with many growth classes, social activities and a busy recreational ministry, Trietsch serves the local community in addition to its members. They needed a calendar that highlighted the upcoming events or activities happening at the church. Our designers created a clean calendar that displays the event’s details and is color coded by categories.
Relationships Happen Here
To foster relationships, the church features stories and testimonies from church members. We added a section to show the most recent story right next to a letter from the pastor, repeating the Meet the Pastor and Team buttons from above. This section is a nice closure to the home page, continuing the desire to engage current members and make new users feel welcome.
