Why Plant Churches: A Personal Story

A few years back, I was serving a church I love as a college pastor.  Some of the students in the college ministry were reading about the “emergent church”.  It was a pretty popular idea, led by some gifted writers and leaders.  As a pastor, I thought I should check it out.  So I started reading.  One book I read was called The Radical Reformission , by Mark Driscoll.  As I read the book I was struck by the author’s commitment to stay in the Bible but get in... What's cooking with SiteWrench

If you've logged into SiteWrench this week, you may have noticed some drastic improvements, and we thought we'd spend a few minutes explaining some of the highlights! Updated editor: Of course, the first couple of things you'll notice is that the editor no longer loads in a pop-up window (yay!) and has a new look, but there are some other great features that are worth pointing out. As always, if you have questions about these new features or our services, don't hesitate to contact... Read More

If you've followed us on Twitter , we've been dropping hints of the website redesign for the past few weeks, but it's finally here! The site has lots of new features (how cool is the feature on the home page that lets us show off the work we've done with our clients?), so be sure to surf through the site and get a good look at all of the new information! Of... Read More

RSS Feeds and Me (and You)

I admit it. A little over a year ago when SiteWrench 4.0 launched with the News Articles page part, I didn't really have any idea what an RSS feed was. I learned that RSS stood for Real Simple Syndication, but that increased my understanding from absolutely none to infinitely little. Finally, I broke down and created a Google Reader account, so I could subscribe to an RSS feed and figure these things out. Fast forward to today. I've got about 25-30 RSS feeds that I subscribe to with... Read More
