Big announcements just keep coming from the Speak offices. We recently unveiled an all new look and feel for our content management system, SiteWrench. This time, we are thrilled to welcome aboard Lauren McKee to the account management department.
As an account manager, Lauren will be responsible for the overall client experience and maintaining long-term client relationships. She will focus on solving client problems through digital strategies, looking into the Speak toolkit to alleviate client pain points. Not only will she address problems that clients approach her with, she will do her own research to discover ways to eliminate extra steps and find opportunities to make business flow more smoothly.
One of Lauren’s main goals will be helping organizations succeed through the use of the right technology. If you're ready to start a new project with Speak - anything from website design to app development - you may just get the pleasure of meeting and working with her!
Lauren, a Mississippi native, graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in marketing, as well as her Masters in Business Administration. For the last two and a half years, Lauren worked in college admissions. She was tasked with working with students, families and guidance counselors in the College Admissions Process and building relationships.
Outside of Speak, Lauren is most likely found exploring Memphis, running, reading or traveling. Say hello and welcome her aboard!
